As promised here are the starting numbers from the labwork I had done at my most recent doctor visit on January 10th. The body measurements are from today, January 30th. I didn’t think to take them before we started so I’m sure some of them have already changed. For example I weighed 191 pounds on the 10th at the doctors visit and when I weighed myself this past Wednesday I weighed 181 pounds and based on how I feel I am sure my waist measurements would have reflected the weight loss. My belly needs to go, I am going to have to find an ab workout, upper body fat is horrible for your heart so I need to focus on getting rid of my belly while I am losing weight.
